The Founders believe the experience you and your tribe have at Hacienda de Leyenda can be amplified by best in class professional services. Over the past three to five years, we have sought and appointed the best local providers in array of services to ensure your stay is  unique and special in every way. We will always try to access these professionals to add to your experience subject to their availability. If you are curating a special event or need auxiliary services, plan ahead and let us know as soon as humanly possible so we can help with the partners we recommend. Please let Liz or Rachel know.

Professional catering

We currently work with up to three caterers to tailor the hospitality for the occasion at hand. We are able to offer options for any budget or event being thought about. Please contact us to discuss and we will reply with a customised offering to specifically suit your occasion, whether be a special dinner or catering for a small corporate off site team.

TRANSPORTATION

We have two reliable drivers that both drive large, comfortable SUV’s and with reasonable notice are able to do collections to/from Reno and provide private limousine services. They have driven on the local roads for a long time and we can vouch for both of them. Feel free to ask Liz or Rachel for details.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

We work with some of the leading therapists and healers in the wider Truckee area to extend their services to our valued guests. With sufficient notice, any of them can be booked to come to HdL to provide massage, acupuncture or other natural therapies on site. This extends to Yoga, Pilates and Meditation workshops/classes too. Please ask in advance so we can arrange and coordinate on your behalf.

EVENT COORDINATION

If you are planning a corporate off-site here at HdL, know that we can access most if not all of your needs here locally to make this a productive but relaxing experience for your team.
